Thank You Brighstone WI

Another BIG WightSAR thank you to Brighstone WI who nominated us as their Charity of the Year in 2024.

President Linda De Bues presented us with a cheque for a very useful £800 at their recent AGM.

Fundraising events over the past year included money raised through raffles, coffee mornings, open meetings, talks of interest (which are open to all), and providing cakes and refreshments for the Brighstone Horticultural village shows.

We would like to thank President Linda, all the members and everyone who donated to raise this life saving amount for our all volunteer charity. We promise we will put it to very good use.

We also enjoyed lots of your lovely cakes over the past year.
